1997
Establishment of the company
AD Controls s.r.o. was founded as a commercial project by two enthusiastic students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Mining. The company’s main activity was custom software and hardware development.
1998
Change of focus
The company shifted its focus to its current activities, at a time when final product inspection in the local environment was virtually unknown. Over time, as the emphasis on product quality and safety grew, this area became crucial. Today, final inspection is standard practice for ensuring product quality, and our company has successfully adapted to this trend. We are constantly expanding our inspection technologies in line with the latest trends.
2017
Milestone in history
This year marked an important milestone for the company. We celebrated 20 years of successful operation and changed our name to AD Controls Scientific s.r.o., emphasizing our close cooperation with the American corporation Thermo Fisher Scientific, a leader in laboratory equipment and inspection devices..
2019
New headquarter
We have completed the final inspection of our new office and production premises. The new headquarters includes a showroom where we can present our inspection equipment in action.
2023
Legal address relocation
In 2023, we moved our billing address and legal headquarters to Prague, to the prestigious Chicago Palace building. However, our manufacturing operations remained in Ostrava, where the production and development of our products continues. This step allows us to be closer to our key business partners and improve our market presence, while keeping production in a location where we have a strong foundation and technical infrastructure for further development.

Present
We successfully implement customized orders according to customer needs. The company continues to grow, and we are actively working on innovations that will enable us to further strengthen our market position and provide our customers with modern and efficient technologies.
