Calibration of metal detectors, verification (validation) of metal detectors

Upon request, we are able to perform calibration and professional verification of metal detector operation from any metal detector manufacturer. Verification of operation is completed by issuing a certificate and affixing a calibration mark.

Verification (validation) of X-ray inspection equipment, stability test

Upon request, we are able to carry out a service visit, professionally check and perform a long-term stability test of the X-ray inspection system in accordance with the requirements of the State Office for Nuclear Safety (SÚJB) and issue the relevant report. Our company is authorized by the SÚJB to perform these activities.

Rental and loan of inspection system

In the event of an unexpected need to use an inspection system, we can arrange for the rental or loan of a suitable system – metal detector, checkweigher, X-ray inspection equipment. We will install and commission the system and train the operators.

Verification (validation) of checkweighers in cooperation with ČMI

Upon request, we can arrange a service visit, perform a professional inspection, verify the check weight, and conduct a calibration test. We can also prepare the system for a visit by a ČMI (Czech Metrology Inspection) inspector for subsequent verification of the measuring device and assist in this process.
